Access to and use of the website negenai.it (hereinafter "the Site"), owned and operated by Negen S.R.L., are subject to acceptance of these Terms of Service. By browsing the Site, the user declares to have read, understood and fully accepted the following conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site and Content

All content on the Site (including, but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio/video clips, digital downloads, source code and software) is the exclusive property of Negen S.R.L. or its content suppliers and is protected by Italian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, transmission, reuse or adaptation of the material contained on the Site is prohibited without prior written authorization from Negen S.R.L.

3. Nature of Services Offered

The Site has informative purposes to illustrate the IT consulting, software development, AI integration and design services offered by Negen S.R.L. The information provided does not constitute a binding offer nor a contract. Any quotes or professional assignments will be the subject of separate written contracts stipulated directly between the client and the company.

4. Contact Form

The user who uses the contact form to send communications to Negen S.R.L. guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided. It is strictly forbidden to use the form to send spam, illegal, defamatory, offensive material or to pretend to be another person. Requests are received through our own server and handled with third-party providers (Linear for request management, Resend for email notices), as described in the Privacy Policy. Automated or repeated submissions may be blocked.
