Accessing and using the negenai.it website and services offered by Negen S.R.L. (hereinafter "Negen" or "Company") implies full acceptance of these Terms of Service. Negen provides an AI-powered chatbot ("Negen Chatbot") that answers user questions based on the organization's official documents. Services are delivered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based on specific commercial agreements with each client. This website is for informational and pre-sales purposes; activation of services is subject to the conclusion of a separate written contract.

The user agrees to use the website in compliance with applicable Italian and European law and these Terms. The following are prohibited:

• Collecting data or content from the website via unauthorised automated scraping;
• Attempting unauthorised access to Negen's systems;
• Using the website to distribute illegal, defamatory content or content that infringes third party rights;
